ADMISSION
REQUIREMENTS
Children must be two by August and not more than five years
of age by December 31st of the school year session they are
entering.
All children will be placed on a 30-day probation and assessment period, except those entering the 2 yr. old program.
All children must be toilet trained except those entering
the two year program. Toilet trained means that they are
able to use the toilet by themselves.
Parents
must submit their child’s Health Form 14 and a copy of
child’s birth certificate.
To be completed and signed by the child’s licensed medical
physician.
Form must include updated records of the child’s physical
exam, immunization, TB clearance, any allergies and/or
medical restrictions with doctor’s note.

Registration Packet and
Non-Refundable Registration Fee must be submitted during
registration.
Submission of the Registration Packet and Registration Fee
will guarantee enrollment at WBP. The following items must
be signed, completed and submitted to WBP
office

Student Emergency Release Authorization
Student Confidential Information
Overall Parental Permission
Registration Fee is non-refundable, non-transferable and
not applicable toward tuition.
